My next review takes me to a full spectrum CBD oil by Natural Strains, a brand that provides CBD oil, soft gels, e-liquids and flowers. How Much CBD Do You Get?

4,000mg is equal to the strongest I’ve ever reviewed, so it may come as little surprise to say I slept like a baby without a single stressful thought going through my mind. The max recommended daily consumption by the Food Standards Agency is 70mg of CBD currently, which would mean you shouldn’t go over 3 drops. Having said that, I normally look to have around 40mg of CBD before bed personally, therefore 2 drops is ideal.
It goes without saying, but they use completely organic ingredients, meaning no usage of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
The lab report highlights this as a full spectrum oil, providing you with CBD, alongside a number of other cannabinoids. It does contain THC, however in a very small quantity, under the 0.2% legal limit in the UK. You will also find a presence of CBC and CBG. I’m a big fan of CBG (cannabigerol), so this is always something I look at when considering a CBD oil.
Which Carrier Oil Do They Use?
Natural Strains utilise MCT oil in all of their oil formulas, which I see as the best carrier oil for CBD due to its ability to help increase the bioavailability.
