I’ve been testing two different strength CBD oil’s by Elitemii, both on the high end, being 1,000mg and 2000mg of CBD, the perfect tools to knock me out in the evening for a good night’s sleep! How Much CBD Do You Get?
Both products come in a 10ml bottle, while you get 5.4mg of CBD per drop from the 1,000mg bottle and 10.8mg from the 2,000mg bottle. How many drops you take is down to personal preference, but you should build up gradually if you’re new to taking CBD oil.
In the 1,000mg CBD, the lab test results show it is a full spectrum product, with a presence of THC, along with CBC, CBDA and CBG. As you would expect, the THC is present which is great to see, but it comes under the maximum allowed in the UK, so you obviously won’t get high.
In the 2,000mg CBD batch test, 23.9% is made up of CBD and CBDA, while the total cannabinoids present equate to 24.5%, meaning a further 0.6% made up from CBDV, CBG, CBN, CBC and trace amounts of others.

Which One Is Best For Me?
That is based on a personal decision, but if you’re trying CBD oil for the first time then the 1,000mg CBD might be your best option. I personally love the stronger options, as unsurprisingly they tend to work together. While I try all different strengths, I notice a significant increase in my ability to fall asleep quickly at night with a stronger option, starting from 1,000mg.
There are a number of other factors that can come into play, from your weight to whether you ate recently, how long you hold CBD under your tongue and your tolerance levels. If you’re after something stronger, the jump in price between these two products isn’t too significant, therefore it could be worth investing a little more.
How Do I Take It?
You put a few drops under your tongue and hold it there for 1-2 minutes. They use virgin hemp oil, which is rich in linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid and omega 9 fatty acids, while it works as the carrier oil. Having said that, I do like to take an extra drop of MCT oil at the same time, to enhance bioavailability.
Make sure not to exceed 37 drops in a single 24 hour period, being the general max rule of 200mg CBD, but I would recommend against ever going over 100 (18.5 drops), while I normally take 20mg at a time.
