apple eliquid

Following on from the Vsavi strawberry e-liquid I tried almost a year ago, I’m now switching to another of their brilliant tasting vape oils, with apple one that really appealed to myself. I’m just waiting for the day I get to try an apple CBD oil! This was a nice switch, as I’ve been focusing on oils and edibles predominantly recently, so switching to vaping offered a bit of a contrast.

How Much CBD Do You Get?

They have a 100mg and 300mg version available, but I’m very happy to say I’ve been reviewing the 500mg version. This is in a 10ml vape oil bottle, meaning a 1ml squeeze would provide you with 50mg of CBD, if you were to consume all of that in one go. I therefore went for 1ml per day, to offer me a generous amount of CBD each night before bed.

Most former smokers will easily vape 3-6ml of normal e-juice, so do be careful not to consume too much if you normally vape, as it can be habitual for many and this level of consumption would take you way over the recommended maximum.

The CBD is 100% organic, which is pivotal as hemp is highly porous and if they used pesticides or chemical fertilisers then this would travel through to the e-liquid and enter your body after vaping, which is also why you should always double check the certificate of analysis.

What Does This Product Contain?

Beyond the previously highlighted 500mg of CBD, you will also find an 80:20 split on propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. The packaging also states it contains ‘over 4% aroma’.

The propylene glycol is included to help suspend and deliver the apple flavour and is included in many vape liquids.

Why Choose To Vape Over Taking Oil?

CBD oil is arguably the most common consumption method for CBD, but vaping isn’t far behind, for a number of reasons. Firstly, you will feel the effects much quicker, if not almost instantly. On the other hand, CBD oil often takes around 30 minutes to take effect. This may be important if you’re currently feeling anxious or pain and you’re looking for an instant solution.

Another reason can be to do with the taste of CBD oil. Sure, now there are a number of flavoured options, but historically you used to only get the unflavoured version and many people struggled with the taste. I’ve never minded the taste personally, but some find it quite strong and vaping offers quite a fruity alternative, considering Vsavi offer it in flavours such as apple, strawberry, vanilla, orange, lemon, blueberry, mango, peach and peppermint. My bet would be on vanilla to taste the best, it just sounds scrummy!

Where Can I Purchase This From?

You can purchase the apple CBD e-liquid from their website for £36.49. They offer free shipping for orders over £48.99, so you might want to top up your basket with the 500mg Vsavi CBD Drops. Of course, being based in Peterborough, the free shipping is for UK addresses, sent via Royal Mail and providing a 48 hour tracked delivery, but they don’t currently ship outside the UK. If you don’t spend over £48.99, the standard shipping costs are £2.99, or you can pay a bit extra if you want it with you quicker.
