apple flavour orange county cbd

I originally reviewed a large number of Orange County CBD products back a good few months ago, which is where I fell in love with the Orange County CBD Gummy Bears, so you can imagine my joy when they sent me over a number of new products. I recently tried their brand spanking new orange flavoured CBD oil, while I’m ecstatic that I’ve now had the opportunity to try an apple flavour, something I’ve been curious about for a good while.

How Much CBD Do You Get?

I’ve got the 500mg version, however they also sell a 1,000mg and 1,500mg version if you would prefer something stronger. The lab report is based off of the 1,000mg version, but you can easily adjust the amounts when analysing the results.

Most of the cannabinoids except for CBD show as ‘not detected’, however there is a presence of CBDV, which is normally found in high amounts in indica rather than sativa. Normally if a strain has a strong amount of CBD, it will tend to have a decent amount of CBDV, while they are very similarly structured.

You should always have a cheeky peek over at a products lab reports before purchasing, but if it leaves you scratching your head, you might want to have a look at my guide on how to read a CBD certificate of analysis.

How Did It Taste?

The most important question, especially as most people considering this product do struggle with the taste of unflavoured CBD oil. I’m very happy to say it had a great taste! It simply tasted of apple juice, albeit more of a shot of juice as you don’t get much, but it was a very pleasant taste and I found myself wanting a little more.

But even more so than the taste, the smell was incredible! I ended up keeping it on my desk and occasionally sniffing it (ok, I’m starting to sound crazy now, but I’m just offering my genuine review).

There also wasn’t a bad after taste that many CBD oil’s can have, all you could taste was apple juice afterwards, so all smiles from me.

How Does This Compare To Their Other Flavoured Options?

They now have orange, apple, mint and cherry, so you have a hard choice to make. The mint, me not being a normal fan of the flavour, was actually really nice, reminding me of AfterEight mints. The orange was lovely and sweet, while the cherry is always going to be amazing.

But if I had to pick my winning flavour…I think it would have to be the apple! Of course, if you’ve tried a few of them, I’d love to hear your views in the comments below.

Where Can I Purchase This From?

You can purchase the 500mg apple flavoured Orange County CBD Oil from their website for £25, or £26 if you would prefer a spray over a pipette. Why go for a spray? Well this is a personal choice, I normally prefer pipettes over sprays as sprays have occasionally leaked, however sprays are easier to measure out precise amounts, as a single spray is obvious, but the amount of drops that have landed in your mouth can be more tricky to work out.
